Mystery Witness Flying To Peterson TrialTuesday, July 27, 2004 - 07:55 AM
A mystery witness is being flown in from Missouri today for testimony today in Scott Peterson's double murder trial.
It's unclear exactly who the witness is. The list is sealed and attorneys are bound by a gag order. Yesterday, a commercial fisherman and book author Angelo Cuanang was called to the stand. He told the court that he wouldn't fish for sturgeon near the Berkeley Marina. That's the area that Scott Peterson claims he was fishing the day his wife disappeared. Cuanang also questioned the type of bait Peterson told police he was using.
