Peterson Back In Court

The key players in the Scott Peterson double-murder will be back in court today.

Testimony resumes over the use of wiretaps on Peterson's phones.

Defense attorney Mark Geragos wants that evidence thrown out. He says investigators violated Peterson's right to attorney-client privilege when they listened to parts of his conversations with his first attorney.

Last week, the defense suffered a setback when the judge ruled evidence gathered using electronic tracking devices on Peterson's vehicles could be used in the trial.

If Peterson is convicted he could be sentenced to death.
